OHI is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and integrity in all aspects of our operations. As an organization that serves individuals through MaineCare (Medicaid) and Medicare programs, we have both a legal and moral obligation to ensure that public trust is maintained and that all services are delivered honestly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
About the Hotline
OHI's Corporate Compliance Hotline is a confidential reporting resource established to provide a safe and accessible channel through which concerns related to potential fraud, waste, or abuse may be reported. The hotline is available at (207) 605-3000 and is designed to support OHI's ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability, and ethical business practices.

Who Should Call
The hotline is available to anyone—including current and former employees, contractors, clients, family members, and members of the public. If you have reason to believe, or are concerned, that any OHI staff member may be engaging in fraudulent billing, improper documentation, or any other activity that violates MaineCare or Medicare program requirements, you are strongly encouraged to report it.
When to Report
A report should be made any time there is a reasonable concern or suspicion of misconduct—you are not required to have definitive proof before calling. Timely reporting allows OHI to investigate concerns promptly and take appropriate corrective action when necessary.

Confidentiality and Anonymity
OHI takes the privacy of all individuals who contact the hotline with the utmost seriousness. This hotline is completely anonymous. Callers are not required to provide their name or any identifying information, and all reports are handled with strict confidentiality. OHI expressly prohibits retaliation of any kind against individuals who report concerns in good faith. We remain committed to fostering a culture of compliance and accountability, and we thank you for helping us uphold those values.
